We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product thats damaged, we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at help@therosemore.com if you need to exchange a defective item.
Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
