We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product thats damaged, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at help@therosemore.com if you need to exchange a defective item.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
